Thank you for choosing to stay with us. In order to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible, we'd like to share some important information with you. Please take a moment to read these lines, and let's embark on this adventure together!

**Our Dreamy Location and Services:**

Picture this: you open the door to your apartment, and immediately, you're greeted by majestic mountains and the ski slopes of Schmittenhöhe right in front of you! Sounds like a dream, doesn't it? The center of Zell am See is also just a short stroll away, as is Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. If you prefer not to drive, there's also a bus that takes you to all the major attractions. We don't have a traditional reception because we believe in the cozy atmosphere of our apartments and don't want to burden you with unnecessary luggage carriers. Our elevator will take your luggage directly to your apartment door.

 

**The Grand Moment: Check-In and Key Collection:**

To kickstart your magical vacation, we'll need your personal email address. Please send it along with your names via SMS or WhatsApp to the number +43 664 5444 760, and we'll promptly send you the online check-in form that must be completed. This will allow us to create the popular guest card, which you can then download via the app (see information about the guest card below). This card not only contains the access code for your apartment but also offers discounts in the region – essentially, a magical crystal for savings and entries!

 

**The Time Machine and Check-In Specifics:**

Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, we open the doors to the world of holiday magic for you. However, if you have your own time machine and wish to arrive earlier or later, please contact us in advance. We're happy to adjust the clock for you – for a magical fee of 50 euros. Please note that early arrivals before 3:00 PM or late arrivals after 6:00 PM must be planned in advance and must adhere to all check-in rules and times.

 

**For Night Owls and Stargazers:**

If your arrival falls into the magical late-night hours, we'll need, in addition to the completed online check-in form, a copy of your ID and your credit card number with expiration date to temporarily reserve a 500 euro deposit on the card. We will also charge the amount for the service/tourist tax and the late check-in fee to your card. Rest assured, we treat your data like precious treasures. Information about the credit card fee: Once we've jointly inspected the apartment upon your departure and everything is in order, the deposit amount will be refunded promptly.

 

**Preparing the Enchanting Spaces:**

Our diligent house elves will prepare your apartments according to your booking details. Please let us know how many adventurers (adults, children, babies, or small four-legged friends) will be traveling with you. However, please note that additional guests cannot be added on the day of arrival. Our prices are per person, regardless of age. If the number of guests upon arrival differs from the booking, an additional fee will be charged as per our rules.

 

**The Cleaning Magic – For Radiant Holidays:**

Unfortunately, flying cleaning carpets are not among our services, but for a small magical fee of 40 euros, we offer interim cleaning upon request that will surely bring a smile to your face.

**The Small Laundry Room:**

The laundry room is located in the building on the left, just after the ski room. Here, you can put towels and clothing in the washing machine – the washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, but unfortunately, you'll need to bring your own magical detergent, as the elves can't assist here.

 

**Important Magical Information in the Apartment:**

In your apartment, you'll find a guest folder on the table that provides you with all the essential information, including the Wi-Fi password, emergency number, and house rules.

 

**Parking and Wi-Fi are Free:**

One parking space per apartment is reserved for you, just like access to our free Wi-Fi.

 

**Bread Service for Foodies:**

**The Grand Farewell Magic: Check-Out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM:**

Saying goodbye is often hard, especially when time flies so quickly in our magical realm. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, so we can prepare it for the next guests. Please inform us 30 minutes before your departure so we can perform a farewell spell together. If you wish for a later check-out, please let us know. Check-out until 1:00 PM is possible by magical arrangement – for a fee of 50 euros.
